[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — E484, imei[protected] sound not working, worst service from 21 days | |||
Sir, I am a regular customer of samsung mobiles (s series). on 21/06/2016 i orderd for a micromax e484 through snapdeal and i got on 23/06/2016 and with in 25 days the mobile got a complaint "sound is not playing" i submitted my mobile with micromax service center near by - jb solutions, pollachi. They told me its a software problem ok i waited for couple of days and after they telling its due to speaker failure and again i waited for 7 days after they telling they cannout find the problem have to sent company back for servicing i again waited for 15 days now they telling it again take 21 + days to solve. sir i dont want micromax phone and worst service. please give me back my spend money 14000 /- inr. With in 20 to 25 days one mobile got complaint and i wanna wait for couple of month is not digesting for my theory.in future again i am going to face as problems. to avoid please sent back my amount as the needful.
