[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax canvas phone went for repairing more than 3 times but no solutions came out within warranty period | |||||
My micomax canvas phone having IMEI number [protected]/ESN number [protected]. Phone is having start and end problem, when we switch on the phone it just stay in the starting format and not supporting any apps or software.it is not functioning at all.we already provided the device at your service centre at cuttack, odisha having address M/S mobile care(cuttack) Shopping unit no-92, 1st floor, N.S.C.B Archade, Big Bazaar, Dargha bazaar, cuttack, 753001, State-ODISHA .we gave the phone in this address for more than 3 times but no solutions came.Please suggest us.If possible change the phone.Last time they kept for more than 1 and half month but still no solution came.My name is Pradosh kumar Nanda.mobile number-91-[protected].Email address- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
