Micromax Informatics — microsoft x740 feature phone signal not received

Sir,
I purchased said mobile from m/s poorvika mobiles, coimbatore in october-2017, thoufh the sound quality is poor, no problems faced in receiving and making calls in my house. But for the past two months not reachable only. I took to service centres, dealers, no use. I am working in mobile sector, i checked all combinations, my other mobiles r wkg.
I had all ready wrote a complaint to micromax, but no effective results. Still the mobile not useable in my house. Mobile not serving my purposes, pl change my handset.
