Purchased micromax q 409 two years back, after validity time the mobile network ic failured. Is the guarantee for network ic is only one year or replaceable. This mobile purchased through amazon online. My doubt while purchasing through online what is the rules and regulations to complaint the same to the concern as there was no action taken by the micromax. Unable to use this 'chineese phone"

Customer says the phone was out of warranty period.

Very poor response from the micromax, but unable to use the phone.
