Micromax Informatics — Replacement of Laptab LT666 | |||||
I had purchase a micromac laptab on 10.07.2015 from amazon vide bill no: hr-del[protected] The tab was locked in february. I has called the toll free ninber of micromax, they said i have to visit the service nearby to me, i visited the service centre at tagore villa in dehardun and shown my devise. They again said that i have to call the toll free number of micromax and the problem will be solved by them. I called the toll free number again, they told me that i have to pay rs. 999/- than micromax will send me a replacement of my tab at my address. For which they will send me a link on may mail. I got the link on my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) and paid rs. 999/- on 01.03.2016 payment id 94232636 dated 01.03.2016. Therafter i again called micromax toll free number, they said i have to go service center and tell them about payment etc. I again visited micromax service center at tagore villa dehradun on 5.03.2016, they said i have to leave my tab with them only. And the tab will be serviced to working condition within 10 days or get replaced within 20 to 30 days. After 10 days i visited the service center, the staff told me that the devise has been sent delhi for replacement and will get in 10 days. After lapse of more than one month i could not get the devise repaired or replaced bt micromax, Kindly expidite the process of replacement of my tab earliest as posiible..
