Micromax — Laptop/ after one and half month with micromax service centre, still it is not working properly. | |||||
I have purchased micromax laptop lt666w on 12/03/16. From 1st may 2016 it's keypad scrolling did and keypad key (S) did not work. I used this laptop only one and half month. I don't know, what is micromax quality. My experience about macromax product is so poor. Finally i submitted my laptop to customer care of micromax on 12th may 2016 and they said that it will be given to you within 21 days from day of submission but there was no status updated. On 10th of may 2016, i received a new massage from micromax that micromax device vide job sheet no. (N[protected] is under repair and shall be delivered to you in 21 days. After so many follow up. I received my lap top on 18th june16. That time it's battery was not charged. So i could not checked properly. I checked it at my home. There was windows 8 instead of windows 10 and microsoft office was also not working. I tried to work on it but as i opened it. It shows activate windows. I again went to customer care of micromax to show them this type of problem. They said that i can not do anything with that, you have to submit again and i will send to this. I request them to repair my laptop without submitting. You will take again one and half month to repair it. My official work is also suffering because of you. I post a complaint at micormax's official site. But they said that sorry sir, you have to submit it again. We will repair it. I am totally harassed with this type of service. I want to return it.
