I purchased through SNAPDEAL, From purchase date my charging pin improper, It will not fix properly I managed upto 4 months. Yesterday totally dead my phone. Purchased on 10/01/2015. Seller address, Chaitanya Tele Services, Near Falad Nala, Delhi. I am in chennai, What is the procedure to service? I don't have Guarantee or Warranty card.
