Micromax — Not getting my TAB return with OK condition | |||||
Dear Concern Myself VIKAS MISHRA, had bought a TAB- canvas from CROMA- Surat on dt 30/08/2015. But there was late charging / tab heating & soon discharging problem from first day. On dated 9/9/2015 I gave my TAB to you customer care- KK ENTERPRISES –SURAT for repairing which send to company- delhi for repairing with returning commitment 15 days. I contacted on 18/09/2015 to your delhi customer care for status. They told me that your Tab is in under repairing process, will return in 15 days.(complain no. MMX [protected]) Today on 22/09/2015 I again called to you delhi customer care to know the status, they again replied me to return in 15 day. Now this is not acceptable to me that from 8th to 22nd Sept your answer is only to return in 15 days. Can you confirm me that when this 15 days will be finished & I will get back my TAB in OK condition????? My jobsheet no is –W[protected] Pls pay your attention on the said matter. I am not from Croma and I cant provide a solution. But why did you give it for repair just because it is overheating. You could have used it as iron box and taken double benefit. Anyway I will be including your tab in my prayers.
