[Resolved] Micromax — Poor response from Micromax Service center | |||
I had got a Micromax Bolt A089 handset with software related issues from Snapdeal. It seems they cant give replacement beyond 7 days. They diverted me to Micromax service center which is the worst place which i have ever seen. I got this mobile before 1 & half months & last 1 month the mobile is in Micromax service center, Salem Tamilnadu. They are not at all giving proper response. They said i will get back my mobile in a week or 10 days. Its still with them & if i ask Micromax customer care or visit this service center after waiting for enormous time they give a standard reply that as soon as we get your mobile ready we will immediately call you. It has been almost a month since i gave the mobile for service. Now i m afraid will i ever get my mobile back. I m stunned to see the happenings in our Indian Markets. Is this one of the method of looting people ? What should i do now ? Was this information helpful? | |||
