[Resolved] Micromax — Regarding delay in repair of mobile handset | |||
I had purchased micromax handset model A116 from flipkart in september 2013, after few months my handset has started creating problem of no network. like i have tried various sim cards but it is showing no network issue. finally i submitted my handset to micromax authorised service centre at mathura on 11th August 2014. The micromax representative inform me that the handset will be sent to company and the process will take around 20 days. Job no - N[protected] finally my cellphone came back from company on 20th September 2014, but the same problem of no network was still there. so the micromax representative again sent back my handset back to company and assigned me a new job no, till date 11th octobar 2014 have not get back my handset back, I have lose all hope, finally i decided to register a complaint against micromax regarding this.
