[Resolved] Micromax — Regarding poor after sell service | |||
I am Kishan Moradiya from Ahmedabad. I purchased "Micromax Canvas Magnus A117" from eBay.com on 7th June 2014. After using for One and half Months the following issues occurred in my phone: 1. Touch screen stopped working, 2. Power key also stopped working properly, 3. Phone started to shutdown after connecting it with computer. In order to resolve the above mentioned issues on 26th August, 2014 I went to below mentioned Micromax service center located at Ahmedabad. DEV ENTERPRISE, SHOP NO 13, SUNRISE MALL, NR. SWAMINARAYAN TEMPLE, MANSI CROSS ROAD, VATRAPUR, AHMEDABAD. Note Id: W[protected] When I went there they told me to submit phone for 7 day to repair it. So I submitted my phone there. Today(7th Oct 2014) it is 41 day still I have not got my phone back. I have called them for more than 50 times and each time they are giving commitment of giving phone on next week. The reason they are giving for delay is that parts are pending. I have already wasted more than Rs.500 prepaid balance on calling them. I also went there every week after depositing my phone on the date as committed by your service centre but I always got a new commitment date. Last I visited there on 29 August, 2014 they didn't gave me proper reply and misbehaved with me. I have also filed a complaint regarding the same with Micromax Customer Care at [protected]. This is my humble request to help me to get my phone back repaired and in usable condition. If it is not possible then I want my money back or new replacement of my phone.
