Micromax — Repairing of data card not resolved at your end | |||
sir, As the subject cited above, I have a device of your company -MMX 219W, which was purchased from Flipcart on dtd 21/10/2014.But device got out of order on may 2015 which was falling in your warranty period. Device was submitted to your customer care service center(M/S PN SERVICE) @ Bhadrak branch in the 3 rd week of may. But it is the matter of concern that during the course of period i have already sent the device thrice but the result remain the same means device is till now out of order, Neither your customer care nor from your call center, i have received any satisfactory answer. During these period your customer care from Delhi has changed the device(having different IMEI No).but this matter is unknown to me and your customer care centre in Bhadrak. Each time they taken 20 to 25 days for repair and each time they have given defective device.
