[Resolved] Micromax — replacement of handset model MT500 | |||
Hi I had buy a mobile phone handset micromax canvas balze mt500 on 18/07/2014 and its work fine for 10 days. But after 10 days i found a problem with battery backup but on 01/08/2014 i am not able to switch on the phone so i visited to nearest authorised micromax service center ccom telecommunications pvt. Ltd. And launch a comeplent { comeplent no, :- w[protected]} for the same. They told me that there is a problem with mother board, battary and we will replace it under warranty but it will take time of maximum 10 to 12 days. After 12 days again visited to service center they told me that your work order is in process and it will take again 10 to 12 days but they are not ready to give me confirm or aprox date of delivery. I had invested arround 10 thousand rupees for the new phone and i cant use it for just only 10 days. What can i do? How can i getback my handset early? micro max and authorised service center of micro max those are giving wrong feedback to customer and you too also this is third time that i got a mail and sms from them which shows my handset is ready with service center, but when i go to the service center or make a call to them i got a single and same answer that my handset is not ready and it will take 10 days more for repair.
I did not understand if they are taking arround one month for repair and problem found in within 10 days from purchase, and they are going to replace mother board, battary then what is ballance parts in that handset why don't they replace with new one.
what about warranty they are giving me 12 month warranty and around one or two month my handset is deposit with them if i found any problem after 10 or 11 months then can they consider it under warranty.
Please reply i hav too much hope with you.
