Dear Sir, This is Pradeep Mishra, an IT Professional from Bangalore, I have purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro in September 2014 from Snapdeal.com in 12990/- Rs. The phone's Touch screen was not working hence submitted at "Marathalli, Bangalore" service center on 28th December 2014, they took 2 month and replaced screen but they handovered Phone to me without properly fixing the device, then It was not getting charged, again I given it for servicing, they are not able to fix my issue, they are not supporting me and rarely pick my call, and always replying it is still not ready. Feeling nervous, frustrated, tensed and left cheated, the SERVICE experience was so horrible for me. Could you please take this up and get my Canvas repaired ASAP as I have to leave to USA next weekend. Still no one from Micromax care or Service Centre has assured me when my device will be ready to pick-up after fixing the issue.
If they can't fix the product/manufacturing defect then the should give me a new handset which they are refusing.
Please help me to resolve my problem, ASAP.
