[Resolved] Micromax Tv — Micromax led tv | |||||
I bought 32b8100mhd tv on snapdeal, for the installation purpose micromax executive came my house and open that product while power starting that product is damaged picture/video scratches are their he is prepared call sheet and went out, but i didn't get any response, i also mailed to micromax (Ce. [protected]@micromaxinfo.com & [protected]@micromaxinfo.com) with he is given call sheet screen shot. I have been complain-ting about product damage but they didn't give proper response. 1. Micromax complaint no: an[protected] : 10/05/16 -6:29pm — complaint about damage. 2. Micromax complaint no: an[protected] : 14/05/16 -10:05pm — complaint about damage. I had called many times in single day and i was conference with their two authorized executives with customer service center executive -[protected] (He is told authorized person is micromax owner, please talk with him, they given authorized service person, what is this?), But i didn't get replacement of that product. Tv delivered date 26/04/2016 Installation purpose executive came on: 10/05/2016 I connected to micromax for complaint on: 10/05/2016, 14, 16, 17, 19/05/2016. Was this information helpful? | |||||
