Micromax — Unnecessary harassment by Micromax | |||
It has been a real mistake to purchase a Micromax mobile.After 3 months o[censored]se my Micromax Canvas Juice A77 speaker got screwed with repeated hangs.I submitted to the service center near Haldiram Kings Crown Hotel.I received a sms regarding the job sheet number but lost the job sheet during transit. When I went to collect my mobile showing the SMS they asked for Voter Id Card.Next day when I went with Voter card they asked for a general diary from local PS. My question is how much value does this Job Sheet hold that we need to do a GD.Why Micromax dont keep any copy of the complaint when I am showing the SMS with Job sheet no. Which I received from their Customer care. Worst product worst customer service and unnecessary harassment. What will they do with the GD.Only harassment is their motto with faulty products and service. And if you really need a GD why didnt you tell it before hand that please come with a GD if you need to take back the phone incase you lose the Job Sheet.
