Microsoft — Surface book 2, battery 2 not charging | |
Respected sir, I’m Kartikeyan and i purchased a surface book 2 (Product no:[protected] on June 2019. Recently I’m experiencing a issue on your product, the battery on the keyboard isn’t charging but when checked with the diagnostic tool kit the battery health was good. I got few help from Microsoft surface support (Service request: [protected]) and your Support staff member was so helpful to resolve the issue but the issue haven’t been resolved after trying all the possible methods. Since my product is out of warranty i was given an option of paid replacement for Rs.53477.60 or to purchase a brand new device. When I checked on the Microsoft surface forum i saw many people experiencing the same issue with your product, i had attached screenshots of the complaint of other people. Kindly help me out with this issue and do the needful at the earliest as possible. Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |
