Surface book 2, battery 2 not charging

Respected sir,
I’m Kartikeyan and i purchased a surface book 2 (Product no:[protected] on June 2019. Recently I’m experiencing a issue on your product, the battery on the keyboard isn’t charging but when checked with the diagnostic tool kit the battery health was good. I got few help from Microsoft surface support (Service request: [protected]) and your Support staff member was so helpful to resolve the issue but the issue...

I had let go of that thinking that Microsoft will eventually stop my Office subscription based on an agent word, but they have been trying to charge me all this time and now they have deducted a total of 5, 300/- INR. I have not been paying attention to my bank statement all this time as I was tested positive with Covid and was in treatment ever since. This is not at all fair, as they clearly mentioned in my previous message that I shouldn't be worry at all and the subscription will automatically cancel if the payment wasn't done at that time. And I did try to cancel the subscription but I was unable to do it.

I really want the money back as I got cheated here and I seek help from the support team and gave me false promises and now I got charged when I am not even using any of the Office services.

Please get back to me on this ASAP and process the refund.

    The most irritating issue is that I purchased a Desktop Computer in 2019 with is pre-installed Windows. I was offered to upgrade to Window-10 and after upgradation my windows got deactivated. I have been asked to put the key. I once tried to resolve the issue with the technical staff but the effort was in vain. Please do the needful at the earliest.

      Your support guys are not helping hand they playing on call they just transferring call to others and others provide a wrong no to client.

      i am from Bank of Baroda financial services, i was trying get the help with MS support team since 10 days but support guys are not helping me they just avoid the call, they share the wrong contact details.

      i am not getting the help with support team since today morning i was call 4 time but my call not connected to support guys they cut the call while connecting to support.

      is this the way to support client?

            The new windows update has shortened the battery life of my laptop.
            Earlier the battery life of my laptop was 8 hours and now it has shrinked to around 5 or 6 hours.

                    Purchased Office home & student 2019 on 27 Jan 2020 from retailer at Kolkata. Installed in Mac on the same day by the retailer. Had difficulty in using the same as it was showing licence is not available. Try alternative account. When used the same user id and password with alternative account, it got activated temporarily for the session. Once the computer is switched off, it got deactivated and required reactivation every time for reuse of it.
                    I raised this issue with customer service over phone and via email. However, it never got rectified. It forced me to use it with repeated reactivation. Could not contact retailer because of lockdown and covid pandemic
                    Your system is currently not allowing further reactivation.
                    This is a item for lifetime use and all the problems, I am facing, are not due to my fault.

                    More than 1 and 1/2 month passed, I am yet to receive any feedback from Microsoft.

                      My new surface pro is overheating when using the touch screen for more than 15 miut
                      I just got my new surface pro 2020 2 week ago.

                      The problem come when start using the touch screen, the surface start to get worm from the top back then the device is totally overheating after 15-20 mins up to the limit that you can’t really hold it comfortably.

                      This is happening with normal internet browsing!

                      Software is updated, no programs running in the background, plus I have tried all possible troubleshooting methods mentioned here in the community but the problem still persist.
                      My last hope was to do factory rest, I did that plus I re installed & run all the updates as recommended by the system to make sure that the windows are up to date, i didn't install or download any additional program … but unfortunately again & again it’s getting overheated just with normal browsing! ☹

                      Is this the normal permeance for the new surface pro?

                      Any advice, any help will be really appreciated

                        On 4th September, 2020, I requested you by e-mail to discontinue the subject subscription due to be renewed on 19th September, 2020. Inspite of my instruction, you have renewed the subscription and charged my Card account with Rs. 4, 199.00.
                        I have Turned Off Recurring Billing for my Microsoft 365 Personal Subscription today (16th October, 2020) but understand that this will be effective September 19, 2021.
                        Please reverse the debit of Rs. 4, 199 dated 19th September, 2020 to my card account.

                            My trail period was to end on 9th of july however on 2nd july they charged my credit card voilating the policy. The below is the mail of communications on mail received & the forum.

                            I have left my message on thier site since 2nd july & yet nobody had bothered to reply or refund my amount.

                            Please help me get my refund

                            (My message to microsoft on site and on mail below)

                            Dear team,

                            Please cancel my office 365 trail subscription now and issue me a refund, my card has been charged before 30 days.

                            I had received your mail which mentioned
                            "we hope you're enjoying your trial of microsoft 365 family that started on thursday, july 9, 2020. Thank you!
                            We want to let you know that your trial period is ending soon. Unless you cancel two days before sunday, august 9, 2020, we’ll charge ₹ 5, 299.00 every year to your visa *",

                            However today is 2nd august and my card has been debited already.

                            I do not wish to continue my trail for office 365 & request you to kindly refund rs.5299/- charged to me.

                            I am shocked to see that a simple process of cancelling a subscription has taken me more than 45 mins of my life searching on your microsoft site & yet did not find a simple door for exit.

                            Tip : tech giant should get more sensitive towards customers needs for solutions even if they want to part ways on a subscription. Leaving this kind of harrowing impression is not good.

                            Please cancel my subscription & issue refund immediately please team

                              I have subscribed to trial version of office 365 when I have tried to cancel your website shows no active subscription exists but on 21st March my account got debited with subscription amount of 6252 due to lockdown I was not able to contact neither bank nor movrosoft but when I contacted the customer care the executive told me to contact bank for refund bank also denied that the amout has been transferred to Microsoft . Now I need refund for it as I was not even using office 365 since then why should I pay if I was not interested I am going to file consumer case against the company

                                I have taken trial version of microsoft office 365 there was a condition that i can cancel anytime. At the last i have tried to cancel the subscription but in the subscription option the website has shown no active subscription exists suddenly on 21st march my account got debited with 6252 for the purchase of subscription. Even on same day when i have checked the subscription no subscription was found. I have contacted customer care after lockdown as during lockdown the numbers were not accessible they told kindly contact the bank the banks also not refunded email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Company has been requested to repair or replace a unit. There have been 100+ emails to the company outsourced customer service and no one is replying. Once a return label to ship the unit was sent but the company chosen by microsoft to ship the unit is not serving in india domestically. So i am stuck, i have asked them to choose or accept other carrier but they haven't been replying.in the meanwhile, another part of the product has stopped working. Microsoft needs to fix this, they do not have a contact email for india and continue to serve poorly.
