On 4th September, 2020, I requested you by e-mail to discontinue the subject subscription due to be renewed on 19th September, 2020. Inspite of my instruction, you have renewed the subscription and charged my Card account with Rs. 4, 199.00.
I have Turned Off Recurring Billing for my Microsoft 365 Personal Subscription today (16th October, 2020) but understand that this will be effective September 19, 2021.
Please reverse the debit of Rs. 4, 199 dated 19th September, 2020 to my card account.

Do they give any importance to our complaints ?
