[Resolved]  Microtek Inverters — not working of inverter

i had purchased inverter on 12/7/2014 from balaji electronics, Pimpri. Model No. SEBz 1100. Serial No- 14EGRBAAA25204. But after its installation it cant work. its give message of overload. i complaint to the shopkeeper whom i purchased it. but he does not gives respond, then i launched complaint No- MJB685605on company on 2/8/14. the representative come on 4/8/14 and told that the some parts inside circuit are not working. he want to replace them with the older parts he has. as the inverter i bought is faulty i want to replace the same but he does not agree. Very bad experience. i want to give back the inverter because i am very frustrated as the new inverter is not working.
