Milton Thermosteel — Thermosteel Bottle gets hot from outside as well

Hi team,

I bought Milton thermosteel bottle 6 months back, I started using it 2 days ago, but the issue is after pouring hot water inside, the bottle is getting hot from outside as well. I guess I got a defective one, because I had used an another one, but that was fine.
Please resolve the issue my initiating a refund or exchange for the product.
