        Currently there is some issue with the washing machine Motor and according to warranty card it has 5 years warranty. It means motor is under warranty.
        We are trying number given on card since last one week but it is not working.
        Also I tried to reach customer helpline number : but they are not responding. That is totally making me not to trust these companies policies.
        Kindly schedule a technician for machine review ASAP

          AC having frequent issues just after completing its warranty period of 1 year. Currently its third complaint is open since 21.08.2021. I purchased the AC in Apr 2019.After 1 year it started giving frequent problems since sep 2020. After taking many followups with customers care service division poor response or no response at all.Still the issue is not resolved and am not able to use AC.

              i am bharati pandharpure from khalapur, dist. Raigad 410222.
              I had a purchased mitashi 50'' led tv and it is under warranty. Led have display issue and we register complain on dealer counter. Dealer already take feedback from company distributor, company manager, also company owner. But no one can take responsibility on this case. Please help and resolve my issue.

                  My Home Theater needs repairing. I've got it serviced couple of years back. But it needs service again for the following reasons:
                  1. Remote isn't working
                  2. Cannot use Bass because Home Theater seems loose and because its loose, the output is awful. Only way Bass can be controlled is via Remote which is not working.
                  So, right now the system is lying useless and waiting for a technician to fix it.

                    We purchased Mitashi washing machine 7.8 kg through Amazon.com in 2018 with invoice no:[protected]. Dated :[protected] with 5 years of warranty. I am facing issue in water supply in the machine. I am trying to claim warranty. While contacting to the customer care service no: [protected] on[protected] &[protected]. But no response from customer service.

                        First my mitashi washing machine is not proper
                        And your customer care is not supportive
                        In previous complaint they took 3-4 month for repair to resolve my problem
                        Then after few days again dryer is stop working
                        And Now they dont recieving the my call
                        And even they dont recieving shopkeeper call

                        Pls help me other wise i will lodge complaint to consumer court

                              Our Mitashi refrigerator 90 litres compressor is not working. Purchased on 12/07/2018 from Ruba electronics. Compressor Warranty is there for 4 years. Since 10 months I am contacting the seller, Ruba electronics, Pondicherry. One person came and inspected the fridge and told that the compressor has to be replaced. No response till date. Customer care is very pathetic. Kindly advise how to proceed.

                                I purches oven, its not working after one year ( its out warrenty) then after i call to coustmer care hi charge me 300rs for visit, pcb not working it change total 1800rs, I decided to go for repair after repair, its not working one day now call to service engineer still I m waiting last 2 month for take service, service person has always fake promise to come 2 day but still not visited and many mail send to coustmer care email but not respond, they are unprofessional, and oven quality is very poor, please dont busy this company product to waste your money .

                                  I have purchased the Mitashi 87 L 2 Star Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator(MSD090RF100) on 14 May 2018 from an online shopping site. Now I am facing an issue with the same that the compressor is not working. Since the compressor is in a warranty period of 5 years, I registered a complaint on Sep 1st.

                                  They replied to the mail that the complaint has been registered, further which no action has been taken. I sent multiple follow up emails which are not replied to also their customer care phone number as well as the head office phone number is not reachable at any given point time.

                                        I purchased 8kg semi automatic washing machine from a dealer in my city baloda bazaar and it is still under warranty. But the dryer stopped working after 3-4 months and now even the machine is not working. I tried to contact the dealer to claim warranty but he is not providing any kind of cooperation. I even tried contacting customer care but the number was unreachable.
                                        I want to return the machine as soon as possible.
