Its been more than one month since complaint
regarding new purchased ac from mitashi.

Neither customer support of mitashi nor dealer from whome i purchased the ac are responding. If they will not resolve my issue, this case will be considered for cheating against both of them.

This issue should be resolved with immidiate effect.

My TV was not working.screen was not working after switch on the current.on button blue light was working.

I have contacted mitashi customer care almost 1 month ago. they send agent ...name-arpal..contact no-[protected]...he is not pickong call...not even delivering our TV...mitashi customer care is very very very poor..no assistance at all

The issue that I have experienced was: After purchasing the AC after one year it was installed and on 15th July 2019 It was installed in the house then after 2 to 3 month it worked nicely. later on, it is
showing F3 error on its display, even though I am complaining
continuously through mails still now NO RESPONSE

I am still having warranty..

When i tried raised a customer service request, none of the numbers of Mitashi arent working..

Need help on priority..

I am writing this after experiencing poor customer support from Mitashi. I purchased a Mitashi 1.5Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC on 12th Jan 2019 from Amazon. Last year in September 2020, the AC stopped cooling due to some gas leakage issues in the indoor unit. Then I registered a complaint and they did repair the indoor unit (coil). They also assure that '' Sir if the gas leaks again we will replace the indoor unit rather than repairing it again'.

So, a few days ago I booked a regular AC service for the company. The customer executives visited on 8th April and found that the AC is not cooling due the gas leakage issue again. So, they didn't service the AC and advised me to raise the complaint regarding the gas leakage issue. They also took the visit charge of Rs.350.

Then, I filed a complaint the same day and also told them this issue had also happened before. I requested them that I want my indoor unit to be replaced completely as I don't want to face the issue again and again. Then he told me that Sir one of our executives will be in touch with you within the next 24 hrs.

Now it's been more than 12 days I didn't receive any call or support. Also, I called the customer care number many times and they told the same thing every time that sir we're raising the issue again to our team.

So, it's a request to please look into the matter and do the needful to your valuable customer. I hope i will get a favourable response. Please find the attached invoice and warranty card.

I have a Mitashi refrigerator under warranty period. On 09/12/2020, my refrigerator got faulty & I lodged my 1st complaint on the Mitashi's website. The service personnel paid us a visit & told that the compressor of the refrigerator has got faulty & needs to be replaced. He charged us Rs 400 as visit charges & told that he shall come back with compressor & fix the refrigerator.
However, the compressor of the refrigerator was not received by the service personnel from the company (as informed by the service personnel) till 40 days, leaving us with faulty refrigerator till 21/01/2021.
Then the new compressor was fixed, which was supposedly of Whirlpool company & was of less voltage than the one installed previously by the Mitashi company. We were charged Rs 2200 for the compressor, as it was told that the compressor is under warranty of 3 months only. However, this inappropriate new compressor also didn't last long & got faulty on 09/02/2021. I lodged my 2nd complaint & the service personnels (2 people- Ajay Mittal & Bijender) just kept lingering the matter saying that they shall fix up our refrigerator on this date or that date but till date (01/03/2021) nothing has been done.
The customer service number of Mitashi gives us just the phone numbers of these two service personnels - Ajay Mittal & Bijender & these two have stopped picking our calls or even if they pick from other people's mobile number, they just dodge the matter & always give us false hopes that the refrigerator shall be fixed soon, as & when they shall receive the compressor.
Earlier, when my refrigerator got faulty (09/12/2020), the weather in Delhi was cold & we managed the huge 40 days span of living without a refrigerator. But, now the weather in Delhi is hot & we are unable to keep our consumables.
What is our fault in purchasing a Mitashi refrigerator? Does it takes this long to fix a refrigerator? Now, I have also paid Rs 2200 for an incompatible compressor. How can the company just swindle my money & not provide me appropriate services??
I demand my refrigerator to be fixed immediately or provide me the mobile number/ email id of any high official of Mitashi who shall address my complaint with practicality or I shall escalate my matter legally.

Washing machine dryer is not working, machine getting switched off automatically on its own . No proper service center from mitashi to contact to. I need resolution immediately

I raised a complaint at Mitashi Customer care .Worst Customer Service. They told technician will call and visit within 48 hours. But on multiple calls No technician has neither visited not called.
72 hours has passed after raising a complaint and no action has been taken from Mitashi.
Worst Service and Customer care.

Purchased this AC from Nandhilath kochi less than 3 yr bk. Compressor warranty expires this Feb. this ac never cooled the room. I am fed up of giving n number of complaints since installation . Pathetic and arrogant response from Mitashi service person. Mr Abdul Salam in Palakkad Never responds to complaints. Can you imagine we fitted this junk product in our room for 3 yr now. Please let me know the solution of replacing the same. If you fail to respond here, I will take the pain and time to go to consumer court with all the available documents.
Also please train your service team to behave polity to customers who invested money and are waiting for its benifit for 3 yr??. I use another 2 brands of AC in my house. Electrolux and Onida. Never had complaints with them. Since you assured good service and better price, I went for your brand and now feeling cheated.
