Mitashi Washing Machine is not working.2yrs warranty order id: OD[protected] Jun 12, 2020.

I purchased mitashi refrigerator model no. MSD090RF100/2017 (Storage volume 87 lit.) but it's compressor is not working now. So do the needful as soon as possible.

Here i purchased a semiautomatic washing machine
and the washing machine is not in working

I have bought a Mitashi TV(Model No MIDE065V22-4KS[protected] On the eve of Onam) from their dealer named Nandilath G Mart, Kannur Branch, Kerala. Just after nearly one year there was problom with Panel and the same has reported at Gopu Nandilath G Mart and they have noted in their Complaint Register( Second time they have entered my complaint in Page No. 86 of same Register. . Now months has been elapsed, they were not either they have not replaced the TV [ which is under warranty period] or given another TV same rate and specification.Latest enquiry revealed that they are evasive and cheating me in these months. Now they says that Mitashi Company has been closed and all. What shall I do ? I intends to register case against the Manager, Nandilath G Mart, Kannur BRANCH through Consumer Court Kannur. I shared my grief and frustration against Nandilath G- Mart ( once trusted dealer of Home Appliances) through Social Media . Now most of my friends supported me and will not buy anything from Gopu Nanndhilath outlets.

I have some cooling problem in my refrigerator and i called a service engineer from mitashi. ha came and after observing 1 minute he said total expense to repair the refrigerator is 3500rs. he told me that it has gas leaked, filter and relay should be changed. i don't believe him so i called another service person. and he just charged 1000rs for the cooling problem. and mitashi service engineer charged 350rs visit charges which gone useless. he misguided me that and wants to make money. i strongly disappointed with his service.

I want to fill a complain against my infrazone video game which I purchased in October 2020 from a toy shop but it’s not working since 2 -3 months.. I have repaired it from toy shop but it’s not been repaired …. It’s display is not visible…. It’s in warranty also… So I want u to replace it…

My refrigerator is not working and I just I want you to fix my problem as soon as possible

Never seen a company like mitashi, from last 6 months my washing machine dryer is not working and it is under warranty. A person has visited from mitashi service center on 12 March 2021. But till now no action has been taken, i had emailed 12-15 emails to "[protected]@mitashi" email also but always get a same reply "we are working upon it". The worst after sales service i have ever seen.

Local dealer or an company customer care no body is giving an perfect ans Or coming for servis since 3 months

It has almost more than 6 month. I have complained about display panel of TV. They have pickup the product in last month. But there is no response from them. Even when call customer support team they didn't answer properly and rude answer they are providing.

What rubbish service they are providing regarding after sale service.

Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I have bought Semi-Automatic Machine of Mitashi Brand under 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty offer from Flipkart in Oct 2018...In 1st Year, when the product was having some problem, then their service executive after many followup came and corrected the same...But now, when again this product is having some mechanical problem, I tried to Contact Mitashi for same...Surprisingly all their CCare no are not working and there is no way to file my Complaint and then Finally sent email to their email Id...sOne Lady Minakshi responded and registered my complaint no[protected]O0156...But None of them contacted from last one month and now no one is responding on their emails also...Experiencing such a Third Class service from this Co and would never recommend anyone to buy any Product from this Co...Such a POOR Service from Mitashi...I believe this is a FRAUD Co...Guys be aware, you wont get any service from Mitashi once you buy any product from any Multi Outlet or Online...Don't get Trapped...!!!

My mitashi Led tv purchsed on 17.08.2018 from laxmi refrigerantion bundi raj bill no.925 under three year warranty.
on 12/07/21 display of tv is off
I register my complaint to mitashi service mob no.[protected] whatsapp (as they not attend my call ) On complaint they given a complaint number [protected] on whatsapp and happy code 179676 for share to engineer who will attend the call, but till date 17.07.21 there no response from company and no one came to attend complaint

I purchased 32 inch mitashi TV 5 years back. TV Remote not working (power on / off button). How to repair or replace it.

Led tv hdm port was complaint and tv was automatically off and on

I registered complaint against my washing machine which I purchased at 10/2019 and I registered complaint at 08/2020 but till now I didn't get service and about mitashi engineer Mr More Aurangabad he is very brilliant because he is in Aurangabad and my product is in Malkapur and he tell the solution on phone without checking product.
I think don't purchase mitashi products

Ac compressor not working . It’s been more 10 days trying to connect Mitashi customer but number not reachable and if it rings no one attend the calls .
