[Resolved] Mobikwik — Deducted money wrongly for mobile number with wrong network | |||
I did a recharge for my aircel no [protected] for 498. During recharge in mobikwik, i entered my mobile number and it auto selects my network as airtel instead of aircel and i didn't noticed that. The recharge done and they took money 498 for wrong network, still i didn't got that money back to my wallet and how come they charge for a mobile number with wrong network selection. That recharge is un successful right? My mobile number is aircel, how come the airtel deduct money for recharge. I hope airtel not loot money for a mobile number which is not their network number. I need resolution soon. Almost 17days, i waited for resolution, still no resolution came. The number i recharged is correct one, but with wrong network (This issue happened by mobikwik, because i trusted and go ahead with the recharge, i never thought it takes my number as airtel instead of aircel) Either money is looted by mobikwik or airtel. I tried contacting the customer care number of mobikwik and no number is there to talk with customer care persons.
