[Resolved] Mobikwik — electricity bill payment failed and balance was deducted from account | |||
I have used this link for electricity bill payment but the it got failed on 08th June'2019 at 10:44 am in the morning. But due to technical issue and I got the same message from Mobikwik also, still amount was deducted from my account. Kindly revert my amount else asap. I have called on your customer care no. They have told me that your amount was wrongly deducted and revert you in 3 to 15 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
