Mobikwik — Failed Transaction but deducted Rs 1730 from wallet

I am deeply saddened to experience such inconvenience my Mobikwik. I transferred Rs 2000 in Mobikwik wallet which was successful and smooth but when i used that amount to book ticket on IRCTC, the payment failed at IRCTC and ticket was not booked but money was debited from mobikwik wallet amount of Rs 1730.
I raised a ticket and its been 72 hrs but no resolution from Mobikwik.
Pls help Mobikwik guys if you are reading this or else i would loose faith in your company.

i had added 249 twice ie-598 for dish TV recharge on Feb 22.the recharge is not done and amount is deducted from my wallet.the transaction is not showing in the transaction history had raised for ticket, but still now its about one month it is in process stage.my user id is niroj.kumar.[protected]@gmail.com, is there is any possibility of refund plz say frankly.
