I had booked a railway ticket in irctc app, the transaction showed failed but money got deducted from my account.
I had done the transaction on Nov 1st. Details which I got from bank is shown below.

Mobikwik...Still amount not refunded.. 10/12/21 I had paid to jiomart an amount of 1441. amount debited from my account but transaction failed at jiomart end, it's been 17 days amount not refunded. No transaction details showing, no way to give complaint. Very poor service
