[Resolved] Mobikwik — lemo liner bus operator cancelled the bus on 28-april 2018 but there's no refund | |||||
Hi i've booked a ticket on 22-april-2018. The following is bus ticket confirmation from mobikwik. On the date of journey 28-april-2018 i got a call from the bus operator "limo liner" saying that the bus has been cancelled due to break down issues and will refund the money to mobikwik account. But till date there's no refund to my mobikwik account (Mobile no registered [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com). I've raised many complaints regarding this but no reply from mobikwik customer care services yet. I have lost trust on mobikwik for such bad activities. Moreover there's no customer service contact number to call and explain the issue. Very poor and cunning ideology of mobikwik. May 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Mobikwik has refunded the money after complaining in this portal. Thanks a lot Consumer complaints.
But I got many fraud / fake calls from +916203709495 and asked my bank debit details saying that he will credit money to my debit card... I got am OTP sms to transfer money from the bank to the fake caller payzapp account ( multiple times ) .
I was cheated once with 734 rupees. Pls be aware of the fake callers. Do not ever share One Time Password to anyone / customer care / Bank. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
