Mobikwik — money deducted but 'dish tv' recharge still not done | |||
I had paid rs 260 (A/c 255/- and wallet 5/-) for dish tv recharge through mobikwik app on 05 th of may 2017. Recharge not done and same amount deduct my a/c and wallet. Here are the refreance id (Ecom[protected] mobikwik \ 255.00) which is showing in my bank account statement. They said that payment was unsuccessful as mobikwik did not get an update from your bank for this transaction. 54eb2cc00fc47 255 rs 29/05/2017. Paymentfailure your money will be credited back to the source account, within 3-15 working days as per the bank policy.. I complaints so many time but they always answer it will be update then i call customer service and they put me on hold for 27 long mins i am very much disappointed from mobikwik services i want either they are refund my amount.
