Mobikwik — money deducted for online purchase from account but not received by online vendor | |||||
I was trying to buy some products from healthkart.com. I had selected payment via mobikwik using net banking. Money was transferred from my bank account to mobikwik and deducted from there but online purchase was not completed and it didn't reached to online vender (Healthcare.com). I have received a SMS fr transaction of Rs. 3000 from my AXIS Bank credit card transaction number[protected]. The transaction was done on 25th January I have not received any OTP fr the transaction as well, Please check this transaction and refund my money
