[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Money deducted transaction failed

I have recharged to sundirect dth.. Transaction failed & money deducted. Still now no response from customer care, mail i'd...7days ago recharged. Still now i didn't got my refund. I want my money back.. Solve my issue

Still now I did not got my refund back
Hi Mobiwik Team,

On 27th November 2020 i had make electricity payment to MSEDCL through mobiwik using flipkart route. but till date payment not reflected in MSEDCL account so we request you to plese check in your side. where payment was stuck or if it is not done so please return to my account ASAP. i have also attach screenshot for your ref.
