Mobikwik — money is not added in my wallet account

Dear sir/madam,

On saturday (10/03/2018) i added the money through max get more option, but money is not added in my mobikwik wallet account.
But money is debited in my sbi debit card.

Exp. Date: 08/34
Please do the needful as early as possible.

My account ID [protected]@gmail.com and number is [protected]. My account is disabled without any notification from the company. I have 1300 rupee in this account. Customer care is not responding. Very bad experience. Please enable this account as soon as possible. What to do now?
