Mobikwik — money was deducted from my bank account automatically

I was got a call from shine.com on 22.10.19, one lady has told me that she will refund my registration amount of around rs.6000. She told me to transact rs.10 but when i enter for rs.10 transaction, rs.30000 was deducted from my hdfc bank account on 22.10.19 through zaakmobikwik app. It was deducted as rs.10000 in each transaction for three times. Then i blocked the card. I don't know how it happens. Please support with your end and kindly check in detail and help me out. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

sir we trying to bill payment on TAMILNADU ELECTRICITY BOARD (TNEB) bill amount Rs.1070/- deducted to my bank ac but receipt not yet received please check this issue. kindly check & waiting favorable receipt .
