[Resolved] Mobile E Mart — fraud (delivered a plastic lunch box instead of lcd display & touchscreen) | |||||
I ordered lcd display+touch screen digitizer panel for intex aqua speed hd in black color for inr 1545 (Paid in advance via netbanking). After two days they said they don't have it in black and they want to send in white color. I agreed. After 9 days when i didn't receive anything, they said the item was returned as area was not serviceable. Later they shipped it using dotzot. After a week i received a plastic lunch box with the exact same tracking id. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved the item was fragile and lose, so it has been shipped after putting it inside a lunch box for better safety. I apologize to Mobile E Mart for not inspecting the shipped item. I assumed the lunch box to be empty. | |||||
