Placed an order no 4698047 on 18th April and still haven't recd the same... This is ridiculous... You'll take the monies charge decent monies for shipping and then don't even update status... What sort of a site is this... I am raising your site to consumer fraud unit as I can escalate it to senior levels there if i don't receive the parcel in next 2-3 days... awaiting yoUr reply at the earliest on my email or +91 [protected]

    I ordered a phone charger April 03, 2015 and still haven't received.You people are unbelievable;I want my full refund.I have never ordered from a company that takes the money out of your account without at least shipping the merchandise. Then you don't have a contact number and are very slow in responding to emails. I needed that charger badly that's why I ordered so early.YOU ALL EFFING SUCK...I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY...

Hi, I placed an order for A jays one heavy bass earphones on monday 3/4/2015 and the estimated shipping date was on 4th and i also recieved a security mail which i have filled on that day itself but no progress in my Order Status.I searched on internet about the company and was shocked as well as hurt when i saw fraud scams about the company and ever since i wrote many mails to them no replies was recieved or an form of contact.I respect British people and their line of work but this site has really been hurtful.Please help me as i'am a middle class men and value for money is my motto of life otherwise i shall go to my bank or higher authorities to register a complaint of such matter and see that all money is refunded. contact id:[protected]@gmail.com contact number:[protected]

        Hello, I tried purchasing a couple of items on 1st April 2015, and the order was not completed and it declined the payment. However my Credit card is still charged with Rs 6185.95.         Nothing has happened so far. It is getting a little out of hand. Please take action ASAP.
        I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED any information from your side. Attached is the photo proof of the order that says "payment pending" but you have already charged my credit card. I will have to talk to my bank and file a formal complaint if this is not resolved in the next 48 hours.

            I odered a LG G watch R and paid Rs 17, 568.99 through my credit card. Firstly the website said the bank denied payment. When i gave them the proof of payment, they said there was an error and item will be shipped ASAP. Now I got another mail saying I have to undergo some random security checks. They are asking some irrelavant and sensitive questions. My bank has advised me not to divulge with any such information. I am a Indian Air Force Vetran pilot. Please do not snatch away my hard earned money. I do not wish to associate with your company. I've written so many mails since yesterday. I DO NOT WANT ANY THING FROM YOUR SITE. I'll take legal action against your Comapny if pushed any further. I hope I'm making myself loud and clear. Cheers!

              Order placed on 23rd Dec 2014. Supposed to be shipped on 24th Dec 2014. But till date neither received my goods nor had heard from the company even after raising complaints. Delivery was booked "Express Shipment". For this I was charged INR 2100 extra. As soon as order was placed, invoice was sent to my email id. Payment was made using credit card. There are no phone number(s) where I can talk to the company and check about the order status... this is FUNNY!!! Can the company respond and solve the issue???                   Hi This site is a site i would never come to even if they distributed their products free of cost. In my first product on my same order itself i went through all the trouble to get you to pls correct your invoicing words so that the customs could charge the product correctly My product cost Rs 3349/- but bcos o[censored]nclear billing the customs have charged me a wooping 1191/- rs and i had to send the product back with the DHL guys as that was more than 50% of the product cost I do not see why you cannot clearly mention "LG flip cover" in the invoicing rather than the whole long jargon which the customs people do not understand and charge me the customs as per the value of a handset The customs came with the parcel marked as handheld just like the last time Just feel irritated when u wait so long for the product and then it is in front o[censored] and u have to send it back again Regards Meherab

However i would like to bring in 1 point to your notice I got the product and was asked to pay 1613/- for the same since i you refunded the product cost i went ahead and paid off the amount as it would not be in the right for me to reject it again My suggestion please when u make the custom's note pls mention "Samsung Cover" and not the full description as they are taking it for a handset instead of a cover Thanks Meherab

                          Hi This is an issue which the Mobile fun and customs department need to resolve Honestly speaking mobile fun sent an incomplete invoice where as it clearly does not mention the word mobile cover anywhere in the invoice given to DHL all details are attached below and therefore the customs took it to be a mobile note 3 handset Customs bcos of the incomplete invoice change the value of the product from 4000 Rs to 29000 Rs and i was asked to pay customs duty of RS 2900/- for a 4000/- Rs product Pls note i have written to u before also regarding the issue but have not herd back from u so far Like i mentioned i would like to collaborate get this issue resolved with DHL as they are your vendor I do not see where is my mistake in the same but if i am going to loose my moneys worth in this case as DHL will destroy the case and i do not see mobile fun giving me a refund I am attaching pictures of the Invoice given by mobile fun to DHL.                             Order ID - 3896652 I had placed this order on 10th June 2014 and have paid through credit card. There has been no intimation till date if this order is shipped or not and on their website, it shows status as Unknown against the order. I even opened 2 tickets against their customer care Ticket ID: PPB-677666 Ticket ID: VLQ-762947 For both the above tickets, I have never received a reply from their customer care. I require my refund from them but no one is responding even. Worst company ever.!!!

                                    i recently placed an order with mobile fun india(on june 8th) for a htc one m8 dotview case(2706₹).after 2 days when i checked the website it says unshipped and it's showing some payment status as -2706₹.what in the world does that mean?they are just a**h***s living on fraud money.i have mailed them 4-5 times and called their customer care number.but it says check the number you have dialled.i want my money to be refunded.[censored] mobilefun india a**h***s. my order number is 3892033

                                      I had placed an order with in.mobilefun.com on 25th may for a
                                      Official HTC One M8 Dot View Case - Grey. I completed
                                      the payment using my credit card, and the payment was processed
                                      immediately. As the site mentioned I expected the product to be
                                      delivered in 5-10 days. But I did not receive it in that time frame.
                                      When I contacted them, they asked me to wait till 16th june. I
                                      waited, and I still did not receive my order. I was fed up and I asked
                                      them to cancel the order and demanded a refund to which they don't reply.
                                      they don't want to send product or refund. plz people's beware of them as they are fraud company n cheated u with money n no product

                                        I have ordered mobile case (Moshi Sense Cover For iPhone 5/5S - Brushed Titanium) in Mobile Fun and Order ID - 3646324, which costs around 2852.99 INR including shipping and purchased date was 03-Feb-2014 but still not yet received my order. Even though dropping a mail many times no prompt response from Mobile Fun customer team, since I am getting a system generated default response every time for the same. Hence, escalating the case and I have attached few snapshots as a evidence.
