Hi, I placed an order online on 29th Dec 2012 and made advance payment by Credit Card. After the order was not delivered for 3 weeks, I registered a complaint after which the company acknowledged to look into the matter. I did not receive any response for few days and wrote to customer care again after which they told me that they will redispatch the goods. Again , after few days, i got no response, I wrote to them and again they told to deliver. Its now more than 6 weeks and customer care has also stopped responding. My order I'd is 2978265.
