Order paid 43 days ago ..But not delivered

I ordered Case for my blackberry 9790 from this website "http://in.mobilefun.com " 6 weeks ago , and still I haven't recieved my order . Also the customer care number mentioned in their website is wrong and also they have stopped replying my mails . All these signs are taking me to ony one concusion , that I had been looted by these frauds and I'm never gonna neither reciever order nor the refund . This is the billing...

Ordered a Ringke Fusion case for Google NEXUS 4 (Order No: 3195548 ) on May 29th 2013.
I did not receive the item and on repeated requests to the customer care. They assured me the amount will be refunded. That was on June 26th. Till now neither the refund nor any email reply or item has been delivered. Also, upon writing reviews on the website. They have restricted all negative reviews by blocking them from appearing on the webpage.

Extremely pathetic.

    Order ID 2970369

    This is regarding with my order no 2970369. The Order was placed on 23 December 2012 at 21:59 . It's a period of 6 months and till date i have not received the delivery of the order nor the refund amount. I have contacted them through mail many times and they replied stating to confirm the delivery address. I did as they requested and yet I failed to receive the order. The same thing kept on happening multiple times, even after sending them a mail with the delivery address for a couple of times they come back with the same response.

    I have also requested them to refund the money if they are not able to deliver the product, but till now I haven;t received any solution.

    Please take some action against them, so that others don't get cheated by them.

      In.MobileFun.com is a fraud site.

      I had placed the order 3151564 on 28 April 2013 with this site for “Rearth Ringke Fusion Case for the Google Nexus 4 “. I had paid via credit card over which payment transaction immediately succeed.
      But i am yet(24-May-13) to receive a order. This site doesn’t have any contact number. Only way to contact is via emails.
      I had raised a complaint communication via Ticket ID: SML-977568 & ICK-670865 on 11th May 2013 & 19th May 2013 respectively, for which i haven’t received any response.
      I have lost my hope of getting anything back from this site. I just want the other buyers beware that this is fraud site.
      Also, requesting the competent authority to ban this site with all the internet ISPs.

      Order cancelled with no valid reason

      I've ordered adarga flip cover for experia l on 27th of April vide order number 3797491 had been cancelled without any valid reason even though I payed through credit card. Please refund the charges. Don't buy from in.mobilefun.com

      With referance to order no. 5574586 and product id 55625 I had paid full amount through card on 21/05/16 including extra amount for tracking, but unfortunately still not received my consignment.Pl look into this urgently otherwise I will go to consumer forum.

        Hi, I placed an order online on 29th Dec 2012 and made advance payment by Credit Card. After the order was not delivered for 3 weeks, I registered a complaint after which the company acknowledged to look into the matter. I did not receive any response for few days and wrote to customer care again after which they told me that they will redispatch the goods. Again , after few days, i got no response, I wrote to them and again they told to deliver. Its now more than 6 weeks and customer care has also stopped responding. My order I'd is 2978265.

        Dear Ujjwal,

        I can see that this issue has now been resolved and a full refund was processed on 12/02/2013. You should now be able to see this on your bank statement.

        The problem was that we never received a reply to the emails (sent 21/01/2013 and 30/01/2013), requesting that you confirm you delivery address so that we can reship your order.

        I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused.

        I have placed order on 12/03/2013 and I was told that order will be received at my end in 6-8 working days.
        When it has not happened, I was given new time line after contacting them. The new Time line was 20 working days.
        I decided to wait 20 days, but again fail to receive my order. After contacting MobileFun team, I was given a option refund or new timeline, . Due to such pathetic service I opted refund. Here in refund again I am given false commitment. One of mail says I need to wait for 6-7 days and after 9 days when I send them a mail asking about my refund, I am told that refund is already done on 2 Apr 2013. I have not received refund in actual.

        Please do not purchase anything from Mobilefun. They are not doing business in ethical manner. I initially though office is in UK and got trapped. Generally, we are in belief that UK companies are good companies and trust worthy but this is not a case here.

        It seems mobilefun (in.mobilefun.com) thinks it is fun to cheat the customers but it is not true.

        Even i've ordered a case for my mobile and still didn't receive it, its been 15 days [10 business days], every time i get the same reply with the same exact words that the order will be delivered shortly, upon contact. Im tired of this wait, looks like i should've seen the complaints before ordering. I'm not going to order anything from this site again and will advise others to do the same.

        Mr. Tim Davies, this is not a funny thing to do, if you are not capable of delivering the goods then you should say so and proceed further by informing the customer from time to time. Either deliver the product to me or refund my money.

        I placed my order on 18 June 2014. The payment was also made online via credit card. Very quickly I received an email stating the confirmation of my order.
        There is no possible way to track the package, the website has no contact details except for an email ID from which no response i received ever.
        I have not received my product till date. I have raised many complaints but I have not received a response for any of them. I don't think that I would get either the product or my money back. This is a big fraud. The website is a total fake.
        Worst experience ever!

        Thank you for your posts and I will not be making purchase from this website. Thought it was a New Zealand website as ended with .co.nz as most businesses here do, but then saw it went to UK. Sorry you guys have had a bad experience but sharing may have just saved me alot of money. Hope you are refunded.

        Order ID - 4413468 not received after 5 weeks.

        I have filled in the enquiry form but have received not replies. The status of the order on the Mobilefun site says DONE yet I have received nothing. This is unacceptable. I will not be using this site ever again, and I warn others not to use it.

          I want to deactivate or unsubscribe to your product mozook mobile fun club or whatsoever,actually this is my 3rd time to complain but untli now i did not yet received any positive result,as if you are doing nothing,if this will push throuh again i will make sure that it will reach to the higher authorities
          Kindly deactivate my phone from mozook
