Reliance Digital Thane & Standard Chartered Credit Card — Not converted into emi taken processing fee

My name is NIRAJ SINGH & my mobile no. is [protected]
I had bought mobile worth Rs.39604 from Reliance Digital Thane which is buy from my Standard Chartered credit card no.[protected] on 6 month emi with processing fee of Rs.899 on 7th November-2012
Still its not converted into emi till 4th April-2013
Standard Chartered Credit Card are charging interest on there bills.
No one is giving me solutions regarding on this matter.
Where to go?
