Myself, Zakir Hussain From Nagpur, Maharshtra, India. Recently I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 model T3110 on 9/10/2013 costing of Rs. 24000. The tablet had too much problems in it from the first day. It hangs after running a while, sometimes half display got Blackish, the phone voice is also not so cleared & gives problem to hear. Also the device gets heated within a half an hour o[censored]se. For this problem & its solution I went to the Samsung Service Center here in Nagpur, Maharashtra. But as usual the service center did not gives me proper responce. When I asked for the replacement i.e. DOA letter, they missbehaves with me & wasted my precious 2 hours of time, they passed me from one table to another many times, after all this suufering they told me to wait for 2 days, for testing purpose. Now after 2 days when I called them they told me that your set is repaired now & working finely. When I asked them that Why I should considered repaired only after 5 to 6 days of purchase I have the rights to ask for a new set then the personal told me Aapko lena hoto thik nahi to ham kucch nahi kar sate, & cut off my call. What a it is, there no value for customers money, Now I am in trouble that what to do or not to do, May I go for something leagal or give notice to Samsung, Also suggest me that How I shall logged complaint regarding Samsung at Consumer court.
