[Resolved] Samsung Galaxy Ace Gt - S58300kinns — Replacement of new handset after getting bad within 10 days | |||
I have purchased a handset Samsung galaxy Ace GT -S5830OKIINS from M/S UNIQUE ELECTRONICS on 29 September 2012 . Just after ten days the new handset became bad and started hanging , the display becomes black , gets over heated , auto working . I went to Samsung Service Centre at 12,LOUDON STREET , MARUTI BUILDING , KOLKATA - 700017 they said that they will not replace it . Its is a pathetic condition with my new handset that Samsung is replacing it . Please don't buy anything from Samsung and i also suggested my relatives to don,t buy anything from Samsung . Its Simply a harassment . Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd should take care of their customers . Was this information helpful? | |||
