On 22nd April during a call, I was talking to someone, my note 2 starts heating at earphone side and within 30 seconds,
it heat so much that my ear burn and turn red. The top Nickel plated steel (whatever metal it is) bent and swollen.
I called the customer care they immediately arrange for pickup my phone.
On 22nd they collected the phone and give me assurance for replacement,
but since then I am waiting for my phone.
Every alternate days I keep on calling Samsung Customer care at[protected]
they keep me on hold and after 3-5 minutes they apologize for
unable to give status of my complaint.
I also write to "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html". After submitting I receive the call. On first call i get the information that my hand set is ready kindly collect from the service centre. When i call the service centre, they said your phone some part have been replaced and some part we had ordered. As soon as the part come you can collect. Next day when i again submit my request on "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html", they give me a call back and state that the part is replaced kindly collect. Again i called at the service centre, they said again the part not yet come. 3rd time i repeat the submition of my query at "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html". they call me and state ye the part is ordered and you get the phone soon.
When i ask what is the problem, since 22nd April 2013, it is 30th April 2013. you are telling the part has been ordered, why it is so much delay. they simply said "sorry for the inconvenience caused". you will get the phone soon.
My basic questions to the samsung people
1) When i ask customer care to give any senior persons contact no to discuss my issue, they said we are unable to give.
2) I only contact them through emails from "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html"
3) The collecting person clearly seen my burnt ear and mentioned the same in report that he make and
4) There should be an immediate replacement of my handset, not the repair
5) Replacement is too far, i have not yet confirmed the status of my phone.
6) I spend 37000 in samsung galaxy note 2, does this is the way customer treated.
7) When i ask the service centre people on 30 morning, they said if you are in a hurry then take the phone, it is not heating now. When the part come we can replace that part.
8) I have not moved to the police for my ear burning by using your phone, nor i yet visited any news media. Does this is the right way to get the treatment from your side.
I HAVE ALREADY LOOSED MY FAITH IN SAMSUNG, NEVER BUY, ALSO RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG.
