[Resolved] Samsung Galaxy S Duos — Irresponsible customer service from Samsung | |||
I bought new Samsung Galaxy S duos on 25th Oct 2012. There was some problem with the default MP3 player that comes installed with the handset. I went to service center near by my area viz. Bharat Communication, Pahar Ganj, where the associates agreed on the fact that there is some internal problem with the set, and they kept my device assuring to sort out the problem within 2-3 days. Now it's been more than 2 weeks, but I haven't got any satisfactory answer from anyone in the company. Every time I talk to service center or customer service, they keep on giving assurance of rectifying the problem as soon as possible, but doesn't give any final verdict on it. I never expected such kind of irresponsible customer service from a company like Samsung. I am going out of the city within 3 days, hence expecting the solution before that.
