I had spoken with the Samsung customer care executive and he gave me a complaint number: [protected] and said that I will get a call on the same day or next day, but till now there is no response from them. Samsung — Unattended Complaint
I have been using Samsung for several years and I should say that the company's customer commitment has decreased a great deal. Or, is it, that Samsung is not bothered to check how their service centres in mofussil, outlying areas treat their customers.My wasting machine has developed problems. I lodged a complaint and I was given a reference no.[protected]. Nothing has happened even after a month.
The customer care centre is a joke with people there speaking to you as if you are a pest. Why are customers treated as shabbily as this?
