SUBJECT :MY HANDSET PROBLE AND MY CUSTOMER REFERENCE NO IS [protected] I am pankaj kr singh,my customer refrence no is [protected].Previous lots of time i talked to my company and samsung customer care ,told her about my mobile problem but no budy listen my proble every budy just give me anyone excuse .last i talked to mr pramod and mr mr subham ,samsung customer care (got a call from this no [protected] on date 17.04.2013 at 3 pm). I am fredup with this compalne and it'S my big mistake that i buy a samsung product Totally harshment from the company .Lot'S of problem in this handset and i did already lot's of compalne to customer .Please check this customer refrence no and tell me that it will be solved or no.please find the attachment Also i have getten a confirmation mail from my company (which company sim i am using) with detail .i am sending you please find the attachment fiel with my bill the file is not attachment ,So i am requesting you to please give me any email id that i wil send my document,which i ahve getten from my sim company.As per confirmatin mail it's totally problem in my mobile slim slot proble automatic restart charging not stable for longtime (as per feature) and many more rEGARD'S PANKAJ KR SINGH [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
