1.At present Iam operating Airtel number [protected].I have a few greviences which
have caused me immense hardship and harrasement.Iam a serving Indian Army officer
posted in New Delhi.A few details before I address the main issues:-
(a) AirtelNumber :[protected]
(b) Type : Post paid
(c) Plan : Rs 249 monthly charges
(d) Data Plan: Rs 99 (1 GB data free therafter 10 p per 10 KB)
(e) Bill Ceiling Limit: Rs 1300/-
2.Sequence of events leading to the present case:
(a) On 24 Jan my data service was disabled (confirmed by yout tech
representatives).
(b) On 27/28 Jan all my outgoing voice services were disabled.
On 24 Jan my data service was disabled (confirmed by yout tech
representatives).
(b) On 27/28 Jan all my outgoing voice services were disabled.
3.The observations and greviences are as follows:
(a) Serious case of fraud is occuring at your end.My billing is generated
on the 08 of every month.On the day of disabling my data services the tech
represenatatives confirmed to me on the 25th of Jan that my usage was 1088MB.
(b) On 29th Jan your customer care confirmed that my usage is 1173 MB.
(c) E Mail received to me that my data usage is 1168 MB after 25 th Jan
from time to time.
(d) The fraud is that someone in your company is utilising my data account
as on the day of disabling by you my data usage was 1088 MB whereas on 29 th it
was 1173.How is this possible i fail to understand.It seems someone is hoodwinking the system thinking that the customers are fools.
(e) Your customer centre executives where unable to explain this and promised
me that a senior management individual would redress my grevience.NOBODY even bothered
tocalll me up. I had brought out these facts that the data usage reflected is wrong
as one can check the usage of my previous months and compare it with jan-feb 13 usage.
(f) The voice service cancelled which has caused me tremendous hardship.
4.At present Iam posted in the Signals Directorate which is a part of the Army Headquarters.
By This poor service to a serving soldier wherein your company had advertised to the
entire world that AIRTEL cares for the armed forces but the fact is you never DO which is
evident from the poor response rendered to an officer in the Indian Army. The mental harassment
and agony caused has tarnished my image and made a mockery of the system.Asiam actively
in all communication matters for the ARMY with the Industry ,my self-example in this case
makes me discourage all MoU with the industry in general.
