[Resolved] Airtel Karnataka Bangalore — Huge Bill and not resuming outgoing even after paying bill for 18 hrs | |||
I was using 2g internet facility on my mobile connection. I used to get daily update o[censored]sage that used to help on not over-consumption of mobile data usage. During Dec Month Airtel didn't send any SMS regarding this and because of it I overused this 400 MB as per bill generated. I had got huge bill of Rs.4648/- for month of Dec 2012. I doubt that bill is correct. Airtel didn't listen to me at all and they barred outgoing service as well. I again talked to them then they gave Rs.500/- discount and I have paid Rs.4168/- to them. Now even after paying whole bill amount outgoing service is not restarted from last 18 hrs. This is the way they are harassing a loyal customer. I am using same number since last 4.5 years and always paid bills on time. Need help on this. They should compensate.
