[Resolved] Airtel Mobile India — Customer care not responding properly -Worst services -Unable to contact Customer care for issues | |||
My Name is P.Elumalai, I am having Airtel prepaid mobile#[protected]. I have activated GPRS long back & the same is not working properly for me. I tried to reach customer care many times. But, the IVR options are worst & they r not responding to me. My call getting disconnected from customercare before they answering me. But, my money was deducting frequently , But i am not using the services. Please take this complaint as priority & respond to me ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel Mobile Service — NOT RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS
ToThe Concern,
my mobile number is:[protected].,my name is Mukul Mukherjee, i have taken an airtel connection in the state of west bengal, for the past few days i have been entitled a model video pack with out my concent. i called up customer care for stopping this service as i did not want this, further i have sent messages also to stop this kind of services.
But inspite of my efforts i was ignored, many a times i was told that this service will be closed down shortly, but no steps has been taken as of now, more over its really hurting and a sence of insult for me to call down the care centre and getting a response which is highly ill behaved.
i hope this matter would be taken care shortly.
