[Resolved]  Paytm.com — balance deducted but not recharged

i have tried to recharge mobile online through paytm.com they deducted my balance from my bank account but neither recharged mobile nor return my amount the order no. and amount of recharge are

when i send my complaint to their paytm care they mailed me that they have refunded my amount into my bank account but till today it is not deposited
i have saved their emails
