Tata Teleservices Limited - Tata Docomo Internet Connection — Additional and Excess Bill

Dear Sir,

I have a internet Connection of Tata Docomo, my Account No. is[protected] and Tata Docomo Connection Number is [protected]. Earlier I have opted a plan of Rs. 399/- plus Service Tax unlimited usage of Internet. After few months I have changed my plan and taken a plan of Rs. 150/- per month. I have changed my plan and the next bill received of Rs. 2,569/-(Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Nine only.). I have informed to the service Provider for this excess bill. They informed that we have raised bill correctly.

My complaint is that when I have taken a plan of Rs. 150/- they have to inform me about the new scheme and usage of Internet. But they do not have given any guidance or instruction for the usage of Internet after changed my plan. Also I would like to clarify that my plan of Rs 150/- is over then why they should have to continue up to Rs. 2,569.00 ? The service provider have to give proper instruction to me that your plan is over and the additional charging will be there. B ut not a single instruction or notice or any message have been given to me to stop my internet connection for excess usage then limit. M y daughter and son are using the same without knowing the usage limit. There should be clear cut instruction of billing cycle and internet usage. They have given me legal notice to pay the bill through their advocate.
