[Resolved] Vodafone — over billing | |||
Dear sir, I have been using my cell phone no [protected] since few years. My actual billing has never crossed 2000/3000 per month. I have been receiving messages that the last month bill is for 30000 without any bill being send by mail or hard copy. The vodafone rep. has been calling us to pay the same immediately. We have asked them to sent the bill as a billing of such huge amount is un expected and frevilious. We hve not received any bill so far after a month of dialogue on phone. We also have 15 numbers for our company also taken as corporate scheme and we have no issues on the same.
