[Resolved] Vodafone Data Charges — Bill | |||
Vodafone [protected] Relations Ship No:1.7706834 Past One year we have never Used the GPRS Data Charges, even check last one record or previous bills. It is never used more than INR 4-10 Ruppess. All of sudden for only Three Days 20.01.13 42.8 21.01.13 859.3 22.01.13 389.7 23.01.13 338.2 Total --->1629.00 When Informed to Customer Executive - don't want to listen. Escalated the matter, Mr Jaykant say he has power to waive 30% As a customer they don't want to to listen the customer - standard reply - GO TO vodafone gallery. None of the Agency could provide the full details. They just want customer to PAY THE MONEY ONLY. How to Resolve this....when Service provider sends the unjustified bill ?
